Georgene has sent the first batch of her journal for this trip. In these first three, she's already caught up in time to where I last left off in getting my journal online. Time to start work on that again. It's odd having someone describe events in my life, including what I did, and have it not be me describing it from my perspective.

President's Journal

This year, I did something different: I joined Bill and Georgene for about 3 weeks while they were in India. I wanted to observe, getting a better idea of what they actually experience and do while halfway around the world.

While I was there, I made something of a journal – but it was handwritten, so it's taking a while to get it onto the website. I'll post each entry as I get it transcribed, and edited (some things in my journal aren't things that should be published, due to privacy and sometimes even safety reasons). For those used to Georgene's style, mine will be very different, as I'm a very different person than she is. But I hope this will give you some insight into what I did, and a few of my thoughts and feelings during the trip.

(And yes, for those who have been waiting, I've finally finished transcribing and uploading them... only nine months after the trip. :-)
