Life Changing Words Ministry has a new project opportunity in India.

Three of the phonics school teachers from Immanuel Prayer House Church wish to attend Grace Bible College!

These teachers need to raise support for themselves in the amount of $300.00 (US) per year plus incidentals. The school will be for three years starting July 1st. 2010.

We have worked for years alongside the Pastor Paul Joseph and his team at Immanuel Prayer House in Mumbai (Bombay) and Immanuel Prayer House—Pune. In the four years since English phonograms were introduced, the program has produced 12 teachers for the 200+ children and adults in the various locations throughout the Mumbai and Pune areas.

What are ‘Phonograms’? They are a tool used by the Riggs Institute to assist teachers in teaching children to read and speak the English language by means of phonetics through the four motor skills of learning. LCWM has found the use of teaching phonograms a useful tool in enhancing the ability to offer an easier and fun way to teach English as a second language to people groups who are interested in learning the global and business language, from kindergarten to the adult level.

The Ghatkopar slum school building was constructed as part of this project.
